Florida Vacay

A full week in Florida, here we go!

First order of business after checking into the hotel, checking out the swimming pool and trying out our snorkeling gear.

Day #1 Clearwater Beach

Porter turned into a snorkeling fool.  He loved it and I hardly have any pictures of him, because he was face down in the ocean most of the day!

Next on the agenda, 3 days at Universal Studios.

The frozen butter beer was the best part!

Quentin's 7th Birthday!  We went deep sea fishing . . . epic fail.

Quentin ended up throwing up, I was so sea sick I couldn't do any fishing, Porter managed to catch one fish, but then had to come lay down with me and Quentin.  In the end, only John and Gabe did any real fishing and they only caught a couple of little fish.  Very disappointing day.  

Happy to be off the boat!

We spent our last day back at Clearwater Beach.  We snorkeled, freaked out when a manatee swam by us in the water, and had a wonderful last day in Florida.

We stopped in New Orleans on our way home, because I've always wanted to see it and my hubby's a good sport.
