Papa & Grammy Visit

Papa and Grammy came to visit us last week! It was sad that John had to work and the kids were in school, but that didn't stop Quentin and I from taking Papa and Grammy on some Oklahoma adventures.

It's always so much fun having family come visit! Nothing beats all the adventures we have and the memories we make! Thanks for the visit Papa and Grammy!

Here's what happened in January

We went to the zoo on the coldest day we've had all winter : )

We only got a skiff of snow, but that didn't stop the kids from having fun with it!

Meet our newest family member, Zeke. I've been wanting to get another dog for a while now. I'm hoping that a friend will help ease some of Chex's destructive behaviors. I wanted to get a dog from a local shelter and had been searching websites for weeks looking for the perfect dog. Someone from church heard I was looking for a dog and contacted me about taking the puppy their family had gotten for Christmas. The last thing I was looking for was another puppy to house train, but seriously, look at that face . . . how could I say no? We brought him home, named him Zeke (he used to be named Panda) and fell in love! He and Chex play and cuddle and we couldn't be happier! He is just what we needed. Welcome to the family Zeke!
