Odds and Ends

A few more odd and ends from our time with Taylor and Amanda.  Thanks for the visit guys, we loved it!  Remember that time I dropped a toad down Taylor's pants?  That was the best!  Love ya!

I'll Meet You at the Top of The Empire State Building

Ok, so that's not where we met, but look who we did meet up with in NYC!

We weren't planning on it, but I woke up Saturday morning and couldn't stand knowing Tay and Amanda were only two hours away and I wasn't with them.  So I gave them an early morning wake up call and told them we were coming to the city.  It was by far one of our best trips into the city!  We put Q in the hiking backpack, so we didn't have to navigate a stroller through crowded streets and subways.  So much easier!!!  Wish we'd thought of that two years ago!

Niagara Falls

Memorial Day weekend we headed to Niagara Falls with Taylor and Amanda.  It was CRAZY busy the afternoon we got there, so my family opted for an early bedtime back at the hotel while Taylor and Amanda headed to the Canadian side of the falls.  Then we got up early the next morning and did Maid of the Mist before the crowds got there.  And check it out, there was still snow!   My apologies for the sideways video : )

Between having a muddy butt and blood covering his shirt and face, Porter was quite the sight!  I love the expression on the girl's face behind him!

Boston Red Sox Game

A few weeks ago, Gabe and I met up with Taylor and Amanda in Boston to go to a Red Sox game.  We had dinner at a sports bar before the game with about 1,000 of our closest friends all ready to cheer on the Red Sox!  Unfortunately, the Red Sox lost, but hey, we still had fun!
