Sick day for Porter.  We spent the day cuddled up on the couch watching Lord of the Ring.

This dog cracks me up...she rests her head on the dash board as we drive down the road.

Papa and Grammy came to town just for my birthday!

For Fall Break we headed to Galveston for the World Kuk Sool Won Championship.

Road tripping through Texas means lots of traffic and Buccees!

Finally we made it to Galveston!

There's nothing like waking up to a view of the Golden Corral . . . I mean ocean.

Saturday was spent competing at the Kuk Sool Won Tournament

Porter and Quentin did great competing, each earning a gold medal in forms.  Unfortunately, for John his day didn't go so well.  During his forms his knee gave out and that was the end of the competition for him.  It was extremely sad!

One of these knees is not like the other . . . 

Beach time!

The beach was no better to John than the tournament.

Injuries aside, we still had a really great trip!

And finally, to cap off the very busy month of October we celebrated Halloween.
